• You set yourself & your brand apart in the online world. Through your copy, tone-of-voice, vocabulary - and heck - even punctuation you show the uniqueness of your brand. You tell the world what’s special about you (& your brand).
• You share your values, goals and mission. We, modern consumers, don’t buy from or hire brands ’just because.’ We do so when we like what the brand stands for. And through your copy you let your customers know what are your brand’s values and what it aims to give to this world.
• You create a connection with your customers and build a community. Yes, of course, having a rad design and beautiful images is important. But design and a pretty picture don’t make your customers feel understood. Your copy will. And when there is an understanding, there is a mutual liking and support too. 
• You tell your story. And it’s a great one. Maybe a small yet significant action that’ll cause a ripple effect. Through your copy, you inspire your audience, and you lead the way.
• And ultimately, through your copy, you influence your customers’ purchase decision. Remember, the mind will always justify what the heart has already chosen. If your customers' hearts like your words and what your brand stands for, their minds will find a reason to approve purchasing from you or hiring you.
